Jeffrey Island Habitat Area, near Lexington, Nebraska -- White-Tailed Deer
I knew deer jumped the fence in this general area, but I didn't know the exact location. On the third try, I figured out the best place to set up my photo blind. I had only been in my blind a few minutes when the doe jumped the fence. The fawn seemed to be watching the lesson.
